Navigating Your Party Bus Experience: Essential FAQs

To initiate your booking, use our user-friendly online reservation system on our website. After you submit your details, our team will promptly reach out for further coordination. Our versatile fleet includes:

  • Party Buses seating 13, 20, 23, 40, 45, and 50 passengers.
  • Limo Buses accommodating 21, 23, and 44 guests.

We operate extensively throughout Sydney and offer interstate transfers including Hunter Valley, Wollongong, Central Coast, Blue Mountains, and Newcastle.

A bond, varying by bus type, is required to confirm your booking. This bond is refundable post-trip, provided the bus is returned in a clean, undamaged state. Refund processing depends on the bank’s cycle and may take 2-7 business days.

  • Cash payments directly to the driver on the day.
  • Bank transfers or deposits, to be completed 4 days in advance.
  • Invoice payments (Visa, MasterCard, and Amex accepted).

Only Australian currency is accepted for transactions.

A 3% booking fee applies to online or invoice transactions.

A confirmation email with detailed remittance will be sent once the payment is processed.

Please ensure all information provided during the booking process is accurate. Contact us immediately for corrections, and we will issue an updated confirmation.

The security bond is non-refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours of the trip incur a 50% charge of the total amount.

A confirmation text with driver details will be sent before your trip. Contact us by 8pm if not received.

Drivers will contact you 10-15 minutes before pick-up. Late arrivals beyond 15-30 minutes may incur additional charges unless prior arrangements are made.

Additional stops are subject to management approval and may incur extra charges.

  • Advanced DJ LD speakers with Bluetooth connectivity.
  • Microphones, vibrant LED lights, luxurious seating, and dance floors.
  • Karaoke buses with an extensive song library and special features.

Legal and responsible drinking is allowed; passengers must be over 18 with valid ID. Strictly no alcohol for school formals or kid’s parties.

Smoking is prohibited on all buses, in line with state laws.

No food or snacks are allowed on the buses.

A minimum of two adults is required on the bus for kid’s party transfers.

Most of our buses are equipped with air conditioning; check our fleet page for specifics.

Our fleet is maintained to the highest standards with essential safety features. Drivers hold NSW Heavy Vehicle Licenses and Driver Authorities, and are cleared to Work with Children.

Damages or untidiness may result in bond forfeiture and additional charges. Disruptive behavior can lead to eviction and termination of the trip without a refund.

We are not liable for lost, stolen, or left-behind personal belongings.

Customization for themed decorations or corporate branding is available upon request.

Our buses do not have toilets and are only available with our professional drivers.
