Booking Security Deposit:

A deposit is required for all bookings, varying by bus type. This deposit is refundable post-trip if the bus is returned in clean, undamaged condition. Refund processing can take 2-7 business days, depending on your bank.

Flexible Payment Choices:

  • Cash payments to the driver on the day.
  • Internet banking or bank deposits, to be completed 4 days prior.
  • Invoice payments via Visa, MasterCard, or Amex.

Online Booking Charges:

A 3% fee applies to online or invoice payments.

Booking Confirmation:

A confirmation email with details will be sent after receiving the payment. Please verify and notify us of any discrepancies.

Binding Communication:

Email and text communication between clients and our team constitutes a legally binding agreement.

Privacy of Information:

Client details entered in our online booking system are securely stored in the XERO invoicing database.

Responsibility for Booking Details:

Clients are responsible for the accuracy of details entered in our online booking system.

Cancellation Terms:

The security deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations within 24 hours of the trip will incur a 50% charge of the total payment.

Pre-Trip Communication:

If you do not receive a confirmation text message with driver details the day before the booking, please contact us before 8 pm at (02) 9188 9095 to obtain the driver’s name and number.

Punctuality for Pick-Up:

Be ready 15-30 minutes before the scheduled time. Delays may result in departure without refund due to subsequent bookings.

In Case of a Breakdown:

We aim to provide a replacement bus within 2-4 hours. If unable, a refund will be issued, excluding additional costs.

Liability for External Factors:

We are not liable for delays or cancellations due to external events like accidents, weather, or strikes.

Traffic Delays:

We are not responsible for road delays. Consider this when planning your journey, especially during peak hours.

No-Smoking Policy:

Smoking on the bus is strictly prohibited, following state laws.

Alcohol Consumption:

Legal and responsible drinking is allowed on the bus. Strictly no glass containers.

Food Restrictions:

No food or snacks are allowed on the bus.

Passenger Safety:

Travel at your own risk. Seatbelts must be worn where available.

Excess Damage Fee:

Charges range from $300 to $1000 for any damage or excessive untidiness.

Zero Tolerance for Misconduct:

Disruptive behavior, vandalism, or excessive intoxication can lead to eviction and police involvement, with no refund.

Personal Belongings:

We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or left-behind items. Found items will be stored at our depot.

Use of Media:

Images or videos taken by drivers are for promotional purposes. In emergencies, they may be used as evidence.
